Technion Program for Excellence

Adan Kassem / Technion Excellence Program

About myself: I was born in 1999 in Muqeibla village and graduated from Sisters of St Joseph school of Nazareth. Since my childhood I was curious to understand and explore things around me. Therefore, I majored in physics and chemistry in high school.
In addition, I participated in a chemistry program and the Future Scientist program, where I realized that science provides fascinating answers to questions I always had in mind.
I also discovered that science is a combination of various branches that are different, but in the same time they are connected. So, it doesn’t matter which branch you learn because you will always learn about others.
That’s why I think science makes the person open-minded and think outside the box.

Hobbies and other activities: traveling, swimming and listening to music.

When did you start the program: Winter 2017.
