First degree in Computer Engineering at the Technion.
Participated in the Technion Excellence Program: 2003-2007
Tomer studied a lot of advanced courses right from the first year, as well as courses in Biology, Chemistry and Biomedical Engineering. He took some of the courses with pass / fail grade, which allowed him to study a lot without worrying about his cumulative average. Also, during his undergraduate studies, Tomer worked on an innovative project, in which he developed a model for interactive composition.
Recommendations to Program participants: “Use the program to bypass the standard KDAMIM system in your faculty, when you’re confident you’re able to do it. Get right to the point in your areas of interest.”
Today (2012): Tomer works for Google Tel Aviv.
