About myself:

I was born in 1997 in Nazareth.
Throughout the school years, it was clear to me that I was strongly inclined to the scientific subjects.
Then in eighth grade, I was introduced to computer programming. It didn't take long for me to dive deeply into this field, endorsing the ability to create something myself, instead of having to cling to the ways and products of other people.
Furthermore, being fascinated by how fast some fields of science grow, and how the importance of science is skyrocketing, I had no doubt that I will be continuing my journey by studying and later on contributing to scientific fields, determinedly aspiring to make an impact on the world.

After finishing my first degree in computer science, I proceeded to do a second degree also at the Technion, under the supervision of Dr. Shaull Almagor on Formal Verification and Computer Science Logic, before I moved to work in the industry.
I currently work at IBM since June 2022, in the Haifa Research Lab as a Researcher in Cloud and AI.

Hobbies and other activities:

I play the guitar, both classical and electric, along with my band, "Sama!".
I also enjoy reading Wikipedia pages – mostly covering physics, mathematics, chemistry, psychology and philosophy.

Message to the new generation of students in the program:

I strongly encourage students in the program to receive all that the program has to offer. Understand the importance of the program-specific courses, register to courses from faculties other than yours (and do not hesitate to hop on or hop off courses in the middle of the semester!), connect with the other students and the program staff and guests, and allow the financial freedom to give you space to invest in your studies, to think ahead, and to think big.
