Current workplace and position:
I am currently an MSc student under the supervision of Professor Leonid Mytnik at the Faculty of Data and Decision Sciences, Technion.
What impact did the program have on your professional life?
The mandatory math courses helped me realize how much I enjoy math, which in turn guided my decision to focus on probability theory for my MSc research area. In addition, as part of the program, I started a research project that eventually led to the publication of a paper during my undergraduate studies. This research project helped me better understand my interests—an opportunity that most undergraduate students do not have.
Your message to the new generation of students in the program:
If you are already here, it means you are talented, smart, and hard-working. You don’t need anyone to tell you to study hard and get good grades because you want to do it yourselves. So let me tell you something else: don’t neglect yourselves or your social lives. Make friends. Go out. Have fun.
