The double major degree Dan studied wasn't offered by the Technion as a study course, so without the help of the program he wouldn't have been able to finish his degree within three years. The help he got included an “open door” policy at the professors offices, academic advisors from each faculty and a generous scholarship that allowed him to focus on studying.
Dan completed research projects with several professors at different areas of physics.
Recommendation to Program participants: "Use all the benefits of the program: as a student of the excellence program all the doors are open to you and it’s a shame not to use it, especially the willingness of the faculty staff to help you and the professors to let you in their research groups."
