Shachar used the Program's academic benefits to change the order of the courses in his degree, so that he would be able to finish the courses before army service.
Recommendation to Program participants: "Enjoy your time in the Technion, use it to learn as much as you can. Come to the program gatherings - it is a good place to meet very interesting people.
