During his undergraduate studies, Waheb conducted research in MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems). Being in the Program made it easier for him to approach professors and get their attention. His research in MEMS involved designing the electrical and mechanical parts of a micron-size gyroscope. His research was under the supervision of Prof. Yael Nemirovsky from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering .
