Guy took two graduate courses during his last year of studies, and carried out a research project in machine learning under the supervision of Prof. Shie Mannor (EE). The project involved simulating an algorithm for imitation of an expert performing a task. In the project, an algorithm for playing Tetris was imitated by the researchers’ algorithm, in the way of observing its brick placement selections.
Today (2015): Guy is studying toward his PhD in Computer Science at the Hebrew University, working on medical image processing. In addition, he is working part-time at Brightsource (Thermal-solar energy) as an image processing algorithms developer.
